1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the 6j77 website accessible at 6j77.io, including all games, betting markets, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 6j77 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the 6j77 Platform, which holds the Player's personal details, balance, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's 6j77 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 6j77 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you:

• Have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• Have read and agree to the 6j77 Privacy Policy.
• Are at least 21 years of age.
• Are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Are not on any self-exclusion list or otherwise prohibited from gambling under applicable law.
• Are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 6j77 or any affiliated company or game provider.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the 6j77 Platform or from any other gambling platform where such exclusion remains in effect.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 6j77 services, you must register a personal account on the Platform. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active account on the 6j77 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification (KYC): 6j77 is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. 6j77 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. You must notify 6j77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Currency: All 6j77 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in BDT.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

6j77 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of the transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to the Player's 6j77 balance within seconds of successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposited funds must belong to the account holder. Deposits made from accounts or mobile wallets belonging to third parties are not permitted and may trigger an account review.
• 6j77 does not charge a platform-side fee for standard deposits. Any fees charged by the payment provider are outside 6j77's control.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per day, week, or month.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where KYC documentation has not been submitted or approved, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
• Withdrawal processing times are subject to the payment provider's timelines. 6j77 aims to approve withdrawal requests within 24 hours of receipt, subject to verification checks.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the 6j77 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules displayed within the Platform:

• Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where explicitly permitted by the Platform's in-play cash-out feature, where available.
• All cricket, sports, and live casino bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB) or the game provider's certified outcome data.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game or bet placement, 6j77 will resolve the matter in accordance with its fair play policy. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, bets may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance.
• 6j77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds or on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply to all sports betting and casino game categories. These limits are displayed within the respective betting or game interface.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the 6j77 Platform use certified random number generation systems supplied by independent, third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

6j77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
• A standard wagering requirement applies to all deposit match bonuses. Players must wager the bonus amount the required number of times before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance funds. Real-money balance may be withdrawn at any time (subject to verification), but bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 6j77 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location.
• Money Laundering: Using the 6j77 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities. 6j77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity where required.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate the outcome of a game, share information in live games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

6j77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete account verification (KYC) within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account by an unauthorised third party.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling.
• At the Player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at 6j77's discretion, subject to applicable legal obligations. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after standard processing checks have been completed.

10 Responsible Gaming

6j77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that display an alert after a specified period of continuous play.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from a bet or wager placed on the Platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond 6j77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

6j77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
